Will losing my virginity affect my future?

I lost my virginity with the man I thought I would spend my life with 3 months ago and the day before Valentine's Day we broke up.. :( everyday, every hour I regret losing my virginity with him. I loved him with all my heart and he treated me so terribly so we broke up. I blame myself every single day for my actions and I am afraid for my future. I cannot lie about losing my virginity and I believe that now I have lost my virginity I will not love again and the next man I fall in love with will leave me because I am not "clean", "innocent" , "pure" or whatever.. I am so at fault and it angers me for my stupid actions. I really need some help at the moment because right now I think I am being haunted from my idiotic choices

You sound like you were brainwashed by religion for not being pure or clean. Guys dont care stop worrying to much over nothing.

    You will love again
    Though your heart is breaking
    You will love again
    Stronger than before
    You will love again
Even if it takes a lifetime to get over him
    Heaven only knows
    You will love again.

You sound like you hold yourself to high standards and you are hard on yourself for things you deem as mistakes. Also, as you say, you are feeling a lot of regret because you feel it's going to affect your future, and that is understandable.

However, I think you are being overly harsh on yourself. Will you ever feel love again? Yes. Will this affect your future relationship(s)? Yes, but probably not to such an extreme as you think. The next man you care about might not see you as "pure", as you say, or they might not care at all. They will probably be somewhere in the middle. They might care more about whether you like cats or dogs more than they care if you are a virgin or not. It's different for everyone.

Again, I don't think the problem is what other's will think about you, rather it's how you feel about what you did and how it will affect you. It's normal to feel regret when you feel you made a mistake, but if it's so much regret that it's taking a toll on the way you think, and feel, and live every single day, you should talk to therapist. It's going to take time to get over, and if you need help during that time, you should get it.

The next man coming in your life might be impure too so he may not complain about your mistake.

No dick is important enough that it will change your life.

If you loved someone deeply and the act of having sex with them was meaningful in the moment, you shouldn't regret it, regardless of what happened to your relationship afterwards. Also the concept of virginity is dumb and was invented to make girls feel bad about themselves for being sexual.

There's nothing "unclean" about a non-virgin. Technically, you are also still innocent.

The word "innocent" consists of the negator "in" and the word "noceo", from "noxius", meaning harmful. Are you harmful? No, you are not. So you are still un-harmful, in-nocent. Innocent.

Please, please, please. This idea of yours is so old fashioned that it is silly. Go find a male virgin that likes to kiss. Take his clothes off and break him in your own way. A girl has got to assert herself in bed sometimes.

The more guys a woman has sex negatively coincides with her overall appeal.

The girls in my home town act like sluts, there worse then the men. Even the jailbate ones are crazy hahaha no but seriously. I suffered from anxiety my whole life, if you're actually concerned about not having man, observe how you see men behave. Like an expeirement, even if you're not sure about tomorrow, live life slow anyway, because you'll wake up a day smarter.
