I've got a tic issue and weed made me twitchier the first time I smoked it but as my body abjusted to the THC, i founp it helps my mind not focus on the tics as much.
However, if she ist still twitching when she isn't smoking, and she hasn't twitched like that before she smoked. Then I think the most obvious answer here would be to see a doctor immediately. (: good luck
