Of course. The 500 calories has to come from somewhere.
It's sort of like having a full tank of fuel in a car, burning 2 gallons on your daily commute, and topping the tank up with only 1½ of gallons of fuel every evening. Eventually, the tank is going to run dry.
Absolutely dry. But I think this guy is saying the car's mileage improves when the tank is half empty. (By analogy, he is saying your metabolic uptake slows down under caloric deprivation). I don't think that's right either. At least Alice is doing the math. Good on ya, Alice.
Will I lose weight ?

How can you possibly store calories as fat if your diet and level of activity means you're consistently burning more calories than you consume?
In order to store excess calories as fat, there have to be excess calories.

Or sugar.
Or white anything (except egg whites).
Eat a shit ton of bread and you will gain weight regardless of how much you burn
White bread is the WORST for losing weight. I cut it out of my diet last year and lost 30 pounds
Well say I burnt 2000 calories a day... and ate 1500 I’d lose weight if I kept that up over time right?

But apperently if all I eat is carbs and fat and if I burn 2000 calories and only eat 1500 then I’m still going to put weight on
Yeah what the hell. Whoever told OP that wears tighty whities.
