When the circumstances made it obvious that I was bipolar and I was going through one problem after another, "friends" disappeared "into thin air." And I *tried* to keep them. So I will say that, with your sentiments, if you have four friends, you are very lucky. Are you young? By the time you get old, if you need a full hand worth of fingers to count your true friends, you have done very well.
So I would say that you sound depressed (not normal), but the fact that people are avoiding you is probably human nature (unfortunately normal.) I've found that, especially when young (and maybe never at all), people want nothing to do with problems in the people with whom they associate. Is it fair or friendly? No, it sucks. Do they risk having it all blow back on them? Yes. But you have the advantage in that you can proactively seek out people who will like you despite those points...
Will i ever fit in?..?.....
