Wife wants an open relationship. i'm fine with it, but...

My wife and I have been married for nearly a year now, and for the most part, it's been good. We both have diagnosed mental disorders that sometimes clash with one another, but that's beside the point.

We're both sexual people, and we both like men and women. Since even before we got married, the idea of an open relationship has been lightly discussed, but no serious plans were ever made. One of her big concerns was that she felt I shouldn't be denied sexual gratification from men, but I've always maintained that it isn't a huge deal.

Recently, our sex life has slowed down a bit. Mostly because I've been working a lot lately (so much that I've been given two raises in two months and am up for a promotion in the near future). I mean I feel bad that I'm not always in the mood, but I'm just tired a lot lately.

Yesterday she brought up the open relationship idea again, more seriously than ever before. She claims it's because I simply don't fulfill her sexual needs anymore, so she wants to begin seeing a few people on the side, with me having similar privileges.

I'm completely okay with the idea, to be honest. In fact the thought of other men wanting her is arousing. But the only caveat is I feel like I'd only be okay with her sleeping with other men if I met and liked them.

Seriously, they'd need to be the kind of guys I could have beers with and even be friends with. In fact, the three (or more) of us hanging out and having a good time, and the night ending with them hooking up, sounds cool to me.

Keep in mind that this isn't a cuckhold fetish or anything like that, because cuckhold situations have a tendancy to be degrading and humiliating to the husband; something I'm far too high on myself to tolerate.
