I would probably leave the cousin out of it in the beginning, at least. If you want to experiment, find a couple you both like some not-so-close folks elsewhere, like strangers in a swinging club who are willing to help first timers. Then if you like it and want to proceed, drop a hint to the cousin that you are into and enjoying the lifestyle and maybe some interest will come back to you that way.
