Should we take up the wife's friend offer to video us having sex if her husband is gone and doesn't know about it. would it be considered cheating on her part just videoing us.

Do it. She will probably join in, and then you can watch your wife get eaten out by her friend.
Dont let her do it. It will always hang over your head or you will regret it later. Plus, the likelihood of her joining in is very high; her videotaping = not cheating, her joining in = yes cheating. You catch my drift. Just dont do it. Buy a tripod or something. Do POV where you record while doing it. That would be much better.
