just got widsom tooth pulled they only could only do one due to me screaming and kicking while i was under not sure how that is even possible i dont remember any of it but this happened earlier this morning 10 am now 930 at night still feel week both arms and legs almost feel numb like they dont wanna move vision is a little doubled my reaction to things seems slow is this normal can i take the medicine prescribed to me while feeling like this? 22 female thanks guys

    I wouldn't take them. They probably had you on heavy stuff when you were spazzing out earlier.

    my dentist gave me some drugs right before operation and it just made things worse: i was twitching uncontrollably. post-op i felt ok, but then i kept getting food stuck in the wounds and it would rot and infect. such a horrible experience. I called in sick for a whole week! painkillers hardly did anything to help.. you're just gonna have to wait it out

    This makes me wonder if you were at least partially awake under the anesthetic. Sometimes surgery patients are only paralyzed by the drug and still able to feel pain. This would explain the endorphin-like feeling you described afterward. I'm not sure if you'd remember or not though.

    I would say yes get complete anesthesia next time and maybe an oral surgeon, not dentist. Good for you getting them out though, I regret not doing it when money was available.

    They said i was screaming and kicking witch of course i dont remember but during recovery also told me i could come back and try again but i have to control the screaming how if i didnt even know i was doing it i guess my question is which would be better denist or hosptial being totally under freaks me out never had any major surgeries

    And another thing is for someone odd reason whenever the iv was in my arm and everything the medicine hurt going in my arm everyones like thats normal but it hurt like a charlie horse something offal they suggested i go to the hosptial and get the rest removed said they would fully me under as today i wa sin the twilight zone
