Why were so many ugly people born in 1992?

    What actually actually happened in 1992? I think it's the year the Cold War "officially" ended but that's literally all I can think of

      Cartoon Network was launched in 1992. Think about it...people knew it was safe to pump out kids because their new kids would always have something to watch on TV now. It would almost be child abuse to NOT have a kid with this bonanza of animated entertainment all in one place 24/7. More kids in general means more ugly kids. It's simple really.
