I’m sick of you people thinking only about yourselves and chose to trash banana peels and watermelon rinds. They can be pickled and since you’re an adult those no reason not to. How else has China and India lower starvation

    I compost it. I tried pickled watermelon rind once and I hated it. I looked for a different recipe but couldn't find one that was different enough to make me think I'd like it.

    Realistically, with all the work, supplies and electricity/gas you'd use pickling this shit, it's better to just toss it.
