I think the majority of Americans can at least pick out the big countries and maybe the ones we had wars in the past with, and perhaps a few of our major allies.
South America, africa and western asia you are gonna be running into some problems with finding people who can pick out Uzbekistan from a map.
Why the hell are Americans so horrendous at geography?
