I'm not an American, but - if it's a blank map - how do you know where the political borders are, and thus the capital cities? If you gave me a completely blank piece of paper, I'm not sure I could point out Kingstown on it. Also, what about places like Nauru which have no official capital? Surely it's fine to not know a fact that doesn't exist.
