                It's not "black accent". Liking it or not doesn't play into it.

                Saying it was racist was a half joke. It's not technically racist, but it is wildly ignorant.

                What's ignorant is thinking there's a "black accent". What you probably mean is ebonics. That is not an accent. And it's also not what he's doing.
