Sooo. You're saying men ideally should be married and starting to have kids by then too? Because who exactly do you think the women are marrying and having kids with? Not sure why you felt the need to specify that.
Men have the benefit of being able to have children later in life, whereas women really only have until 35 for healthy childbirth. This means there's a difference of priorities between the sexes.
A man is better off focusing on being able to provide for a family and marrying a younger, healthy woman. And this ideal has been the norm for centuries for this very reason. It ties into men finding younger women attractive and women finding older men attractive.
