Why the fuck do we need to shower and change clothes so often?

Because we live in a modern society where we have free access to it. If everyone didnt shower you would be free to log your complaint. Since we do, just take the bare minimum if you are going to be a child about it.

If you sleep nude get up a sit on the couch or play video games all day, then repeat the next day, then you probably don't.

However if you function at all in the outside world. Clothing, hair, and people in general function like a sponge and absorb smell or odors from around us. Even if you don't perspire you have an odor.

Take a shower and change your clothes if care about anything or anybody outside your little world or off your couch.
