      Its was GRAHAM HANCOCK & RANDALL CARLSON on Joe Rogan experience. Episode number 725. Make sure you watch episode 725 first because they've both been on the show together 3 times. Its very interesting. They basically go into how they believe civilization has died off and rebuilt several times. That explains why technology gets lost and we have to rebuild and relearn things. They pull out charts and everything and show you exactly how they reached their conclusion. Its not some conspiracy wack jobs either. They have good reputations.
