If men and women were equal with rights power,knowledge...and both were in the same social category with no comparison from the beginning of time since the creation without all these social obstacles would jesus be born maybe as a woman
He was born as a man cz at that time and even now men have more power more influence more rights no one would follow a woman but what if both men and women are equal and have the same things would he be born as a woman?
Here's the funny thing. As far as religions go Christianity is pretty young. Now look at the old gods from well choose any culture really and the gods were both male and female.
I disagree, because he either way couldn't be born both genders and it simply was that person who was born. Would you say women were superior if "he" was born a woman instead?. Weak argument and you could use the same for any celebrity or historical person

There are many questions that have no answers.
Why was Jesus a male? Why am I male? Why are you "whatever" you are?
If you believe there is some form of god... then perhaps you can get an answer to those questions someday. However, the answers are unknowable to us on this earth.
Since when have men and women been in the same social category? We're equal in dignity, yes, but we have different roles in society, so we are technically in different social categories. Jesus was a man because he's the Son of God. He is not the daughter of God. Also, note that Adam was created before Eve, so it only makes sense for Jesus, having existed from the beginning of time, to be male like Adam as opposed to female like Eve.
In the future they'll probably all say he wasn't a man or a woman but a "they/them" 😑
To be fair I identify god as not having a gender because well an omniscient singular entity form kinda inspires more grandeur than a human form.
Jesus though was 100% male because of the census information on him.
