  • If the rule is in society and such, we can and should change it. Otherwise we would’ve never evolved

    • Its not a rule its a system. Systems are the rules of nature and not uo for debate. According to religion this is how the system works. So you can not debate it. If you think the system is flawed in its understanding and the system doesn't work that way thats another matter.

      • Alright so, Systems are not rules, but systems are the RULES of nature haha?
According to religion. But all have is basically a book, no proof and some dudes that lived a long time ago. And we all know how shitty things r being delivered over the years.
Though we were talking about societal problems and now it’s turned into something else. The way god sounded to me and then u came with ur system argument. That’s what I meant with, if it represents society, it’s not good and should change. So the society. Which of corse is not easily done because those fundamental issues have always been there. It’s how it’s built up but not how it’s supposed to be
The rules your god supposedly gave are not logical for the most part, some are but we could’ve guessed those on our own. So if he wants us to follow his rules without a good reason behind that, I don’t respect him/her/it

        • No your asking why do sins get passed from father. Its said thats why jesus died to get rid of that sin and give everyone a free slate. If you want to understand religion than learn religion.

          • Dude I understood that part. But as I stated I find it dumb to pass it down, like it makes no sense. Different people live different lives and have to change their own fate
So the system of passing it down makes no sense
I don’t need to learn about religion, I know what I need to know and rather analyse how people deal with it. Mythologies r interesting though
When I was getting into elementary school I didn’t know much about religion and the religion class always had sweets. My parents said no cuz I didn’t know a damn thing bout religion. Anyways I joined and told the teacher my parents don’t want me to get a mark on that one. Was there for a bit, joined, was like ah alright and left again. We spoke about religion in connection with philosophy and ethics a lot, half of my class was Christian( middle school) and later on we even had it as a topic itself in school. We even had a damn church and went in there for a mass every few months. When I was on an exchange year we literally had to pray every morning
Of course u learn more about it in real life, but I’m just saying I know enough. I don’t need to know every detail or verse or such. It just annoys me how people think they are so sure about so many weird things. Sure it’s possible there is a god, but I surely won’t believe a damn page of the Bible

            • I think what you are saying is you think the system is unfair which is an entirely different debate. I can't say I disagree with you there but its written thats how it works and if thats the case the awnser is "The lord made it that way".
