What?! The things your are talking about are caused by the lack of clean water. A thing most Westerners have never had to deal with. Illiteracy is high because there are few schools outside major cities. And even if there is a school (most have to walk miles to get to them) children have to deal with bad parents, Tribal and para-military groups (who don't want there children learning) possibly murdering them. So sure, let the atrocities happen. Their not like you, so it's not like their human right.

Totally false, the plague, among other diseases, were all due to not understanding germs and having wells that were indirectly connected to the sewage system so the West definitely had to deal with it until they corrected such problems.
