Nope. My post had nothing to do with personal experience, the facts I gave you were based solely on what actually happens in the real world. You might not like it, it might not fit your agenda, but it’s the reality of what happens. Minimum wage gets raised on a pretty regular basis somewhere in the country or somewhere in the world, and it always has a negligible effect on hours and the number of jobs and even less effect on their profits and the price of what they sell. That’s all a myth, it’s a lie to get all the loyal bootlickers to carry their water and defend their greed for them so they don’t have to do it.
I have no agenda. I am stating the problems in America. You. can pretend they do not exist, pretend homeless do not exist, pretend America while it is one of the richest country is not abusing its worker and taking advantage of the struggling to make money but thats a fact. Thats why there is protests, thats why the people are quitting and its why many people are angry right now becuase they have for years fucked over American people and told them this was normal and we deserved it becuase of patriotism but its a lie. I am sorry you have this pretty image of America but its bullshit and yes they actively abuse the American workers and take advantage of the fact we all sort of need a job and pretending that they don't is part of the issue. We can not afford rent, we got screwed out of healthcare and America reguarly says why can we not have healthcare and assistance like other countrys. Than they try to implement these type of policys and they just don't work. They don't work becuase the rich in this country activley go out of their way to take advantage of those who are already struggling and you the one with an agenda for stating otherwise. So wake up from your stupid lalaland and realize the world and realize just because there is a image of happiness does not mean everyone is auctully prospering. The fact anyone doesn't realize this at this piont is childish and if you really want to push it you are stupid or have incentive to push a pretty image becuase somehow you are profiting off of others suffering. Which in fact makes you completely unethical. At least I am being honest about the fact we are actively being screwed by our corrupt goverment leaders. Of course not so corrupt as in the government's is going to blackbag anyone but its not like this pretty image of everyone being happy and wealthy. Many are just scraping by and wishing things could be better.
Yeah, they’re scraping by “wishing” things “could” be better because they don’t realize it CAN be better. They don’t have to wish for it, it’s there for them to take. The problem is too many cooperate bootlickers like you out there on the side of big businesses, helping the rich spread their myths and lies about why they can’t pay fair wages and treat their employees better. You think they’re going to share their wealth with you if you help them screw everybody over by telling them there’s no better way and they just have to take it? That they should be grateful for what they have because things could always be worse? That’s not going to get you anywhere. You’re going to get screwed over just like everybody else that you’re actively helping the rich screw over. People like you are just as big a problem as the rich, because you actively help the rich screw your peers over. People like you are the reason why union efforts fail and why things never get better. Open your eyes and look at every other country in the world. All the happiest, healthiest, most productive countries in the world all pay their employees more and treat them better than the US does. Shockingly, when they raise the minimum wage it doesn’t lead to fewer hours, fewer jobs, or increased prices. Hell, you don’t even have to look abroad, just look at cities and states that raise the minimum wage - spoiler alert, it doesn’t lead to fewer jobs or fewer hours or higher prices. That’s all lies, it’s all an excuse because the rich don’t want people they view as being beneath them to live comfortably. And you’re helping them keep those people uncomfortable even though you’re one of those people. You would’ve been a very useful Jew for the Nazis. Stop wishing things could be better and realize that they can be better.
