I hate to say this but if you don't exercise, then the fat will not going away. Start slow and then work up to more intensity. My grandmother lost 170 pounds in under a year. She was in her 60s so I don't know what the issue is.
Or do something simple. Drink water... that's it, eat two times a day of not crap and drink water. Fat stores still take energy to sustain (not as much as fat but it still counts) you will lose weight enough were fat isnt constantly shaking around at that point you can work out.
