Why i don't exercise

main reason I don't exercise, I don't like the way my fat feels jiggling around on my body. It's not that it's uncomfortable, exactly, I just hate the feeling of not being a tight and contained. It's annoying as hell and at least when I'm sitting motionless, things are in place.

              Yeah legs are crucial, I enjoy training them the most actually compared to upper body. For powerlifting thats been causing me issues now because my bench lags behind my other lifts big time. My second meet ever I had the best squat and deadlift in my class but got 4th place in my class with like a really shitty bench.

  • You'll just continue to get fatter and fatter if you don't exercise. Then you'll be a blob and everything will flap around ten-fold, and you'll really not want to move. Then pretty soon you won't be able to move at all.

    I hate to say this but if you don't exercise, then the fat will not going away. Start slow and then work up to more intensity. My grandmother lost 170 pounds in under a year. She was in her 60s so I don't know what the issue is.

      Or do something simple. Drink water... that's it, eat two times a day of not crap and drink water. Fat stores still take energy to sustain (not as much as fat but it still counts) you will lose weight enough were fat isnt constantly shaking around at that point you can work out.

    Try wearing one of those binding shirts that people use to conceal their belly/hip rolls. It'll help to hold things in place a little better while you're moving around. Though it'll probably make you feel a little hotter or a little uncomfortable because you may not be use to wearing fabric that hugs you while you work out

    ..but who knows you may prefer just having to crank the AC up a bit and having fabric hug you tightly, over having things jump around too much

    having the count of calories you should have .. for eg maintenance calorie is 1200kcal and u r eating 1800 calories ur eating that 600 calories extra.

    in that way there are many calorie tracking apps u can install and pay attention to what u eat
