Why has my sister never truly asked the deeper questions?

We have been close most our adult life until ages tried to start copying every one else and fit into society. Prior to that, she never bothered asking anything about me eg, hows your mental health, why dont you have a bf? Are you gay or confused? Do you like women, are you asexual do you think? Ever been in love? Ever been heart broken? Ever been depressed? Are you happy? I mean I realised we dont even know each other really. It's all either deep talks about life in general or other people and experiences, work, family. So why is it, not even one of the people who are closest to me, cares to know? They just make up assumptions of who I am, what I want, where I am going, what I believe, what I feel, who I am attracted to.

    Maybe she didn't want you to think that she's being nosey or judgemental. A lot of people wouldn't like being asked those kind of questions. I would wait for someone to bring it up themselves.

        Details of someone's sex life are taboo. It may not be good that it is taboo, but it is often taboo. Depends on the personality of each of you, but even with my closest friends, brothers and cousins, sex is seldom talked about, and never the details of our owm sex lives.

        There's a person with multiple accounts doing it. Funny thing is when one makes a new account it takes a long time to get the thumbs up feature. It kind of shows how lifeless this person is. Lol
