A healthy amount of embrassment is necessary, and beneficial as it helps you to recognize and avoid behaviours which could harm you or others. Feeling it in excess or over very minor things or in the wrong situations can be a problem though and have an adverse effect though.
I struggled with social anxiety for most of my adolescence and adult life and I would easily become embarassed or flustered over things that aren't really that big of a deal, so I understand where you're coming from. You should try to take a step back when you feel that way and consider wether you actually have anything to be embarassed about or if you might just be overthinking it.
