  • All emotions we have exist for a purpose.
    Embarrassment is a good thing to be able to feel because it lets you know when you've made a mistake so that you'll be less inclined to do it again. You have to learn to control your mind if you feel such emotions in an excess though, like that everything you do is embarrassing.

    It's easier said than done.

    • It even works on macro scales. Countries can have collective feelings that can radically influence what it will do.

      Look at what happened to japan after ww2 to now. They were practically neutered after losing the war.
