I would like to mount a paintball gun to the front of my car with a remote trigger and blast people who do stupid shit while driving. I've also thought about mounting a freighter sized horn up front that makes a horn blaring, tire squealing, fender and glass crashing sound whenever I want to remind someone to pay attention.
May I suggest mounting a loudspeaker under the hood with a microphone in the drivers seat. Then you could remind the driver in question to use turn signals while on the road in a loud professional voice.
Your idea does have some merit especially for some amusement park fun.
Why don't people use turn signals?
