Keep in mind there are stigmas in society and I think it plays a role into what ur talking about. Like they may be quick to call someone Schizophrenic or attention deficit disorder just cause they really dont empathize with people (especially doctors). It is also b/c they dont really like to admit they dont know something and will tell some1 they have a certain mental illness if they are experiencing something they cant explain. Part of that comes from arrogance. The best thing to do is know your mind/body and use your own judgement about what others are telling you and find professionals that truely understand and connect with you.
Why don't doctors ever look into OCD? IIN?
