I only like broccoli if it's raw or steamed. I think too often people overcook vegetables by boiling all the vitamins out of em. It's disgusting when the broccoli is all dark and soggy. Also broccoli and cauliflower both smell like shit when they are cooked.

I think it's great when it's steamed but I fucking hate it when it's in cheese sauce or with melted cheese on baked potato. That's really gross.
