Why does my sister in law tell secrets to me?

This is the 3rd year of my marriage life and I have a beautiful wife and a very hot looking sister in law (my wife's elder sister). Before 6,7 months She wasn't close to me at all. I mean those days she've rarely even smiled at me. Few months ago our two families went on a trip. After that she became normal with me and near past, she calls me at leisure times specially when her husband isn't around. Now, she tells private things to me and asks not to tell her husband about that. She asks me to keep secrets and asks me to call her when her husband isn't around. Is this normal?
Honestly, I like her. But I'm confused now. So I'm asking some advises too.

    do you still love your wife? do you have kids? if you answered 'yes' to either of those questions, don't get involved with this woman. talking on the phone is one thing but when she only wants to talk to you when hubby isn't around... she's either going to get in trouble with him or she's looking to fool around. if you go ahead and play her game, you'll end up with neither of em in the end, so it's probably not worth it. she honestly sounds like a bitch and i might even go so far as to tell your wife you think her sister's taking things too far when you two talk, just in case she tries to pull the same thing on you. sticky situation, bud. good luck
