Well I watched this documentary that talked about different types of animal abuse. Sometimes there is an urge in humans that when they see something cute they are tempted to hurt it or even kill it, but it is fairly rare and EXTREMELY hard to control.
If they can't control it they don't belong out amongst other people, especially not around people who have animals or children. I don't care if it's extremely hard to control, if someone hurts a child or an animal I want that person to receive the maximum penalty. I honestly don't care if the victim is something as small as a little mouse or a parakeet, throw the book at them!
