    Yeah. that is not normal. Sure he is holding your neck
    he could be grooming you for sex. It sounds like he
    just wants to use you for his own sexual well being.

        Yeah, He is holding your neck or rubbing your neck
        where your back meets does make it seem he is
        grooming you for sex.

            Grooming- Is little ways of getting a
            girl in the mood to have sex with her
            they can do it verbally too i knew a
            girl who had spots on her neck if they
            were touched she get turned on but i
            never acted out with her cause i like
            to put limits to things with female
            friends as well if i had a girlfriend.

                It depends on the guy. Not all guys do
                these things i am age 48 and never done
                that stuff to girls that one girl was
                age 15 1/2 I was going on age 29 at the
                time but she put in front of me and can
                honestly say i never touched her at all
                she was the one who told me that around
                a girls neck is spots that turn a girl on
                she showed me her hairy vagina it was nice
                she even wanted me to touch her but never
                did it cause she was underage.
