It is all consuming addiction, for me. Just the thought that I may never have another cigarette fills me with more terror than I have ever felt before, even when I was in a firefight, in the war.
I have pretty much ruined my lungs and yet I will smoke a cigarette any time I can. It is beyond all reason and far beyond intelligence.

that's like me with chocolate. But it doesn't give you lung cancer it can make you fat or diabetic.
