I love salads but I put some effort into them. A plain garden salad doesn't do much for me. I love a fresh herb salad with roasted or pickled beets, toasted walnuts, heirloom tomatoes, and goat cheese with either a homemade strawberry or balsamic vinaigrette. Seaweed salads are delicious too, also the salads you get at a sushi restaurant mainly because of that awesome ginger dressing (even though it's a garden salad). Most people hate salads because they're used to the boring iceberg lettuce salad with shredded cabbage and carrots, I'd hate that shit too. That's what I grew up with so I came to hate salads until I got a little older and got creative with my salad making. :)
