You put a cooked duck in it and press....like a wine press or an olive oil press. I don't know why but it came to mind when I responded. It has a spout on the bottom and duck juice comes out as you screw down on the duck carcass, I find it gross. I am not fond of duck, so duck juice is not appealing at all.
Why do they say "You can not have your cake and eat it to"?

From what I know duck is very greasy. Do you know what you do with duck grease? Do they use it to cook or is it to just make it less greasy?
