People like to generalize based on race. My mom says that all Hispanic people have bad tempers, all black people are liars, and Arabs are all terrorists, or terrorist sympathizers. It's like an "us vs. them" attitude. I wish everybody got along, but feeling like that won't prevent people of all colors from being racist.

No, there are groups of white people she dislikes too. She doesn't really like people in general.
