There are people who end up together who are in high school. My sister she is 26 and she has been with the same guy since she was 14. They have had their ups and downs like every couple but they have 2 beautiful little girls a 5 year old and a 7 week old newborn. I think you can end up together after high school. Not a lot of people are at that maturity level but it does happen.
