I am a feisty female (dunno about bitch coz I wouldn't be nasty about anyone) and I'm married 20+ years to a very decent guy. He's quite quiet compared to me, but I don't want to control him. Rather, I prefer that he doesn't try to control me!
I could honestly say that I'd have to disappear for about 3 days before my husband would phone or text to see if I was coming home or if I was OK! I have him brainwashed that 'trouble always finds your door' so if I was in trouble, the police would be at the door - otherwise I'm fine :o)
I did go out with one jerk who did try to tell me what to do after a couple of years so I dumped him when he started that crap.
