Plastic surgery only helps in some cases. Most of the time, it actually makes things worse. Most guys I've spoken to would prefer small tits over fake ones.
You don't have to have massive "assets" to be sought after by men.
Social media followers really don't mean anything in the grand scheme of things. Just because a guy likes looking at pictures of a certain Instagram model or messaging certain women doesn't necessarily mean he's interested in them for anything more than what sexual gratification they can provide him. Honestly, like Boojum said, people who obsess over social media figures usually aren't the type of people you'd really want, anyway.
Who is calling you ugly? These guys on social media, or ones in real life? If the former, a good explanation for this is that people can be extremely cruel online because they are not speaking face to face with you and seeing your reaction, and people tend to forget there's a real human being with feelings on the other end. Also, people who tend to obsess over Instagram models and are wrapped up in appearance tend to be shallow and have warped ideas of what the average woman really looks like (and that those heavily edited photos of women who are wearing tons of makeup, are posing in a way that best showcases their assets, and have probably undergone a lot of plastic surgery look nothing like what those women truly look like in real life). Who cares what those people think?
Another thing to realize about people who say unnecessarily cruel things like calling you ugly, is that those people tend to have personal issues within themselves that are bigger than whatever they are telling you they think is wrong with you. Think about it, nobody who isn't a cruel person tells someone they're ugly even if they believe it, because they know it's hurtful. People typically hurt others in order to make themselves feel better. Chances are they really don't feel that way about you, but it makes them feel bigger to be able to hurt you like that. These people's opinions don't matter and it's much better if they're not attracted to you, anyway.
Just keep in mind that there is a wide variety of people out there who all like different things, including many men who prefer more natural looking women. In fact, most of the men I've met do not like the Instagram model/Kardashian look at all.
Why do men only want plastic Instagram thots?

Sounds like they're pretty shallow and don't deserve you, then.
