I think that it's because that's what defines us as being female.

OK from the evolutionary and biological standpoint if we see an attractive set, we will tend to choose the woman who owns them to mate with to propagate our seed (mostly she will turn us down, but that's the male role and cross to bear).

It's also proven that men (being visual) have endorphins and tranquilizing drugs which get released into our bodies when we see breasts, whether clothed or not.

After all, we're basically animals, even if you believe in spiritual things and God (which I do). In the Shinto religion sex is seen as a natural part of everything.

What is more amazing is that some women take umbrage at this, blaming us and calling us evil, shallow pigs. If anything, blame Mother Nature, not the victims (humans) who star in this play against our will.

I have heard two different theories. The frist one is: men like boobs because they remind them of their mother and boobs male them feel secure. The other one is: a women gets boobs when she is able to have children. So when men see boobs their insticts tell them that the women is ready to have sex.

I was watching a documentary on the science of attraction, and they were talking about why we find sex appeal in certain aspects of the opposite sex. One thing they mentioned is that men find large breast attractive because the larger the breast the more capable a woman is at nurturing a child. The same thing with hips. Men are attracted to larger hips because they see her as more equipped for carrying his offspring.

But it all has to due with reproduction and the desire to have healthy offspring. Our attraction to one another goes into our more primitive side, and it all explains why we like the things we like. You should look into it. It's very interesting.
