It's not really normal, but not especially abnormal either.
Since you mentioned that you've never been pregnant, I'm guessing that you're aware that this can be caused by underdeveloped or damaged kegel muscles. However it can also be caused by overdeveloped abdominal muscles, so if you are particularly muscular in that region, you may literally be squeezing the pee out of your bladder when the muscles contract
