it's interesting, but studies show that simply by laughing out loud, even when you're angry or sad, your brain starts pumping happy chemicals into your brain. it's like the brains says "oh, you're happy? well, let me help" so maybe just forcing yourself to laugh... you could always try to talk to a professional.
