I gained weight in college too, after being in pageants and doing modeling it really took a toll on my self esteem.
I don't know what changed, but I looked in the mirror one night and realized that I love my eyes, lips, nose, boobs, ass, stomach...I just found self confidence. It's normal to feel bad about gaining weight, and maybe your boyfriend doesn't vocalize how sexy you are- but it doesn't mean he's not thinking it.
