Sometimes people go through depressions. It IS normal. But its not exactly a good thing either. You should talk to someone about it: a close friend, a counselor, a therapist. Ultimately, you're the only one who can straighten it out, but talking to someone can help. You have to really want to do something about it before you can fix it though.
