Just use the George Costanza method. Whatever, you would normally do, just do the EXACT OPPOSITE.

I do that and then this guy I had a crush on told me I always ask good questions. Maybe its depression/ low self esteem. Talk to a therapist it helped me makes some sense of it.

Thank you neo! I love that and feel like I should do just what he did! If what I do is always wrong then the opposite would have to be right!!

I used to think everything I said or did was stupid too. Then I found this book on hypnosis (I was in the library and bored) and it said their was something you could do to make yourself feel like you could do no wrong. I tried it and it worked. So I looked at it psychologically. The truth is I just acted more confident when I did stuff, or said stuff. I was still doing the same things just more confidently. If you want to know how to make yourself feel like that just comment back

  • Don't over-generalize your mistakes and blow things out of proportion. That is what you are doing, making a big deal over little things and acting as if it happens all the time. And if you are reluctant to stop the nonsense, ask yourself honestly what you are getting out of doing so and grooving on the pain.

I think it stems from insecurity. You don't feel confident in, or trust your own judgement (or yourself, maybe?) and you obsess over it. The questions that you ask in class probably aren't as stupid as you feel they are, but From what I can tell, I believe you may suffer from low self esteem, so Your questions only appear stupid to YOU. My advice to you is to work on your self esteem and learn to love/ trust yourself! Hope that helps a little, Hun :)
