Why do girls pretend they don't fart?

One time while I was stocking cereal at my job, I was farting in one of the aisles when no one was around. At some point, I went to the backroom to get another flat of stuff. When I came back I saw one of my managers in the aisle looking really concerned. He seemed to think there was some sort of pipe leak issue. XD

I'm so confused as to what the relationship is between the title and post text. I mean I see something going on with "fart" and "smell" but I don't get it.

If some girls don't have a sense of smell, or don't have a smell to their bodies, I don't know what this has to do with them pretending they're not farting.

Or are you saying these girls who pretend they're not farting have _farts_ that don't have a smell to them? Did you even hear the farts? If not, perhaps they're not even farting in the moment and you're just running around being some kind of fart accuser.
