The things that makes me, personally, dislike fat people is the abundance of them - especially in San Antonio. It's like 3 out of 5 people need to check themselves here, but most of them are Mexicans, not white. I wouldn't be upset if my business kind of didn't tailor to them, but it does. I kill myself staying positive training them, motivating them, but more times then not they end of leaving the program and regaining their weight back. I understand it's psychological...but I also know that it's physically detrimentral. All those healthrisks and health problems...eventually arthritic or swollen knees and hips...poor posture....higher healthcare costs for the rest of us. Recently the media said that obese people want their weight to be considered a "disability" and for everyone to "quit discriminating". A) obesity is NOT a disability. A disability is having a certain issues there's nothing you can do to fix it i.e. muscular dystrophy -that's a nonmodifiable factor. Obesity is a modifiable factor. All and all, people need to quit being so weak minded that they pick up self-gratifying habits that will ultimately diminish their quality of life and health....just like smokers. You know you love to smoke...but you don't love those wrinkles on your face and that phlegm you just coughed up. There's many things one can do to make themselves happy..self-defeats and reward systems with food shouldn't be one of them.
why do fat people....
