Because most famous people are cunts. It's a particular brand of arragonace that would make person sell their soul for that type of lifestyle. The majority of famous people are just awful and superficial, and I don't feel bad for them because they bring it on themselves. It would be super easy for them to just dissolve into obscurity if they wished to do so.
You should be nice to anyone that's not doing something harmful or bad. Though I don't keep up with Paris Hilton, so I don't know about her specifically.

I dislike celebrity culture period. I find it to be stupid and overindulgent; I hate the fact that the last time a kardashian farted is all over the news. I also don't think that celebrities have any right to bitch and moan about being famous when they purposefully project themselves into the spotlight. My god...there's always a new celebrity; it would be easy to disappear.
Like I said, you don't have to change your mind, but as a feminist you think you would note the negative effect that female celeb culture has on young girls.
I know you think you have a fully formed notion of who I am because of a few sporadic comments on an Internet forum, but you don't. I'm actually not a judgemental person, and I do believe in giving people the benefit of the doubt, but celebrities dump loads of cancerous bullshit all over popular culture, and then put themselves- by their own volition- on a platform to be judged. I think they offer next to nothing and I don't value them.
Just curious, what does the fact that they're a feminist have to do with anything? Do you hate feminists or were you just joking around? Don't bite my head off, I'm just asking :P
