Why do christian cults love organic food

I have an odd in cults (mainly Christian, just out of curiosity,) and from researching online I’ve found many of them obsessed with the belief that all health problems are either “spiritual” or because diet.

Several isolate, small, obscure sects I found online grow their own food. Two have excommunicated members with health issues since they believed it was result of faith since their food is “pristine” and “as God created,” so it must be sin causing their problems.

    Controlling the food supply is the most efficient method for delivering the mass poisoning when the aliens are ready for you.

      Totally this, sort of. One of the ways to successfully brainwash vulnerable people is to completely isolate them, remove them from the outside world & convince them that the outside world is fucking evil.

      Stay here- we grow our own food & all the outside food is poison- that's one of the ways to accomplish that.

        The one group I spoke refuses to have an organic certification, but rather use their own certification since the Canadian government’s standard are not high enough. 🙄

        On top of that, the main farmer wrote an article about would-be costumers who complained about their prices. His response was about farmers sacrificing their lives for high-quality food in an evil world. I think he does his for self-esteem, and uses “good” as a manipulation.

    By cult do you mean like mormons or what? Christian science is really more of blight on christianity ideas than an actual cult.

      Fringe Christian groups who often have an elder claiming to be a prophet and posses the ability to curse and condemn people. Most don’t have more than 50 members.
