When you are crapping, sitting on the toilet, the space beneath you warms up and, when the ball sack gets warmer, it drops down even further to try and maintain a correct temperature for your nuts.
Totally normal. If you had to use an Outhouse to take a dump during the extremely freezing winter time, like I do here in Alaska, instead of finding your ball sack stretching and getting bigger, you would discover to your horror and amazement that your balls would suck back up into your body, the sack would be empty and well... Nothing to do but wait till you get back into your warm snug cabin for them to warm back up and drop back into your normal ball sack shape... ;-)
