A little heroin won't hurt anybody. Opiates are benign to the liver. And if he doesn't want to use narcotics he can always try benzodiazapines. You can't go wrong there.
There's at least some truth to that, benzos (as long as they're not mixed with alcohol or anything other than weed) are far less dangerous than opiates.
Wow, wrong. Benzo's are far more dangerous. I was just fucking around with all that talk. See comment below. Benzo's are far worse all around. Almost no one has ever died from withdrawing from an opiate. Are *needles* more dangerous than popping pills? Ok, sure.
More dangerous than opiates? Not true. Sure, they have some of the worst withdrawals, but, by itself, it's far less likely to kill you than opiates are.
